The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.hbkidz.com (the Website) and your use of the Website itself.
You may want to print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
HoneyBeez & HB Kidz is the trading name of HoneyBeez Children’s Wear Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Co. No. 5434064), which is based in Manchester, England and is the operator of the Website. The company's registered office address is 52, Brooks Drive, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0LZ, although all day-to-day correspondence should be addressed to the company's shop address, details of which are given below.
In these terms "we" refers to HoneyBeez Children’s Wear Limited and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any HoneyBeez & HB Kidz customer.
We can supply goods that are ordered online via the Website and we can discuss / accept orders by telephone, however we cannot accept orders by post.
Prices & currencies accepted
All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments, which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees, must be made via Protx and only cards accepted by Protx can be accepted for payments.
We accept payment in £ sterling (GBP) only. All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the Website but we reserve the right to revise the price of goods at any time and without notice.
Availability
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We will contact you to arrange this via email the next working day or as soon as possible.
Payment Details & Security
All payments are handled securely by Protx (Internet Service Payment Provider). Protx accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, and Switch (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased.
We do not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by Protx.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to neil.pyatt@btinternet.com or by telephone on 0161 688 9444.
In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.
Returns & Refunds
HoneyBeez Children’s Wear Limited is committed to provide the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition, complete with tags, within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods, which have been stained, for any reason or damaged whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Send this all to us at the address below in the original packaging to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These goods are clearly marked with an 'H' next to the product name.
Complaints & Queries
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavours to respond within five working days.

Protecting your privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit /debit card information from you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and it is in your interests. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.
Warranties
We are unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
HoneyBeez Children’s Wear Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury HoneyBeez liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if we have previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Availability of Website
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and the content of the Website are owned by HoneyBeez Children’s Wear Limited. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of the website without prior written permission.
All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the Website are the property of their owners.
Right to Alter Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the Website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
